Bruce Jack - a traditional family upholsterer.
Manor House on Dartmoor
I was lucky enough to be involved in the recent restoration of a manor house on Dartmoor, a project which was overseen by Guy Goodfellow Interiors and Architectural Design who are based in Chelsea. Guy is a leading designer who has developed a reputation for the refurbishment of large period houses and town apartments, both in the UK and internationally.
This particular restoration project was featured in the July edition of House & Garden Magazine. These photos show some of the upholstery work that was undertaken by us on behalf of Guy Goodfellow.
During his career Bruce has won awards. These include the Top Student Award during his days at College. He also came runner up in the Francis Vaughan Trophy which is a prestigious award in the world of upholstery. Bruce has also been the winner of the Guild of Traditional Upholsterers Challenge Trophy on two occasions.
